“Pure Joy” (part I)

7510_combo

When was the last time you felt momentary pure joy???

The kind of smile you can’t hold back, the kind of laugh that goes up an octave accidentally.

How powerful has your vast knowledge been in regards to finding happiness in a single moment in time?
(Hint** Your intellect can’t always save you from depression. Mood is a visceral sensation and can’t be fixed from the mind)

This is biggest medical tip I can give anyone in the world:

Your Doctor, Psychiatrist, Therapist, Holistic Healer, Nutritionist, Dermatologist, or Spiritual leader can never fully fix your Depression or Anxiety. Ever…!!!

Its really all up to you and your actions…

They can give you a turbo boost or a step by step path to a new destination, but it’s really all on you.

The sooner you take 100% accountability for your life, the sooner you will develop the needed skills for this world.

As conscious human beings, we are all predisposed to depression and anxiety. Some will crack early and some won’t feel its rath until they get older. The more you alienate or isolate yourself as a “Special” case, the lower your chances are of seeing the truth.

The Truth is that only tenacious self-starters can rebound and pull themselves out of a hole.
To dig out from the bottom, It takes four times the energy of getting through a typical day.
(Fortunately, energy can be aquired step by step as an artistry in itself. follow the blog here for a map of how to escape the dungeon)

I can see in retrospect how my uncomfortable skin and my imbalanced mood ruined many joyous opportunities in my 20’s. I became hesitant to do many fun activities including the beach, skiing, outdoor sports in general, and general daytime social activities. This is what troubled skin has done to millions of others. A huge group of repressed sufferering souls who are missing the best years of their lives. It’s horribly painful to experience and equally troubling to witness as a prior sufferer.

Here’s the up side:
Its never too late to re-capture your youth. You’ll need to swiftly and effectively fix your skin and mind and start living before it’s really too late. 20’s, 30’s, 40′, 50’s, and on…. it moves fast…

I’m 34 now, feel like I’m in my early 20’s only through creative physical activity that has exponentially gone up in the last few years.

After having needlessly suffered for long over a decade, I have re-entered the “World of the Living” in full regalia.

Check this out.

As an expressive necessity of being a sensitive person came to a head, I finally found the guitar and my voice at 29.
(We all have this same need. It’s never too late to find it)
(learn how to play guitar here)
Original songs will be coming on this site to help inspire people to express themselves. It’s vitally important, especially if you consider yourself to be a sensitive individual)

img_2852_2

As the possibilities of the world re-opened for me, I found a childhood dream in Mexico 3 years ago:
(I loved the beach as a kid and lost this amazing aspect of life somewhere along the line)
This photo is from my first time surfing a few years ago. I improved last year and this summer will be bringing surf videos here to inspire the most sluggish of minds.

img_2740_2

After a complete mind transformation from surfing, skiing magically came back into my life.
(I had skied as a kid and somehow through the rigors of becoming a doctor had completely lost it in my twenties and early thirties)
Here’s an early video of some light moguls in year one after having lost it. (updated ski videos coming soon…)

And last but not least, This video is from yesterday, day 1 of a new adventure in physicality. This last one is the inspiration for the “pure joy” of this post.

It’s the artistic search for the “balance point” that magically clears the heady mind. I strongly believe that the stress caused by the energy of our overly-conscious minds is one of the biggest causes of all disease.
Our greatest strength as humans, our consciousness, is often the cause of our own demise.

(They make these things in Adult sizes also!!)

I am feeling good today and it is no accident. My actions will dictate my life. Your actions will dictate yours.
There is no western medicine or eastern herb that can really save you.

Like all real arts, finding happiness, physical balance, and mental wellness can never be mastered. Only improved upon.
If you do not yet consider yourself an artist of life, know that your knowledge and intellect may not have enough power to save you.

As a former “know it all” non-artist, follow me as someone who has transformed and found the light of life. New possibilities arose only when I began to move away from the imbalance created by the stress-inducing “heady” identity.

Engaging in the daunting challenges of artistic balances rather than patting myself on the back for the simple task of gathering and storing knowledge.

Find the art of movement and your mind will finally release.
(your therapist can’t help you with this)

At this rate, I imagine I’ll be younger by 35…..

I promise to help you all find “pure joy” in this very short lifetime.
Stay tuned for the next level…

-Dr. Neal

Hoping and Waiting (Part II)

dreamstime_girl-praying2

(Continued from “Are you still Hoping and Waiting”)

I keep meeting people who are hoping and waiting for their acne to get better.

They are either trying to grow out of it or wish it away. It’s tough to witness as this condition can stick around unnecessarily for a lifetime if not properly taken care of.

My mom turned 60 the other day and mentioned to me that her face didn’t feel oily anymore like it always had. (she had bad acne when she was younger and never had asked me for any treatment for the oiliness. I think she just noticed it more when it was no longer present.)

I thought to myself, “ok, now I know what to expect as far as really growing out of this thing”

I met a 54 year old lifetime acne sufferer the other day in the office and we had a chat about the confusion that exists regarding outgrowing acne or oily skin. I told him the story of my mom and then told him…, “Only 6 more years and you’re golden…”

we laughed and spoke more about his life with the struggle of a heavy face full of oil and occasional bumps.

I meet with acne patients in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s every month and invariably the misconceived idea of growing out of it comes up in some conversation.

To minimize underestimation, frustration, and further emotional trauma..,
I think its important to be very clear with young patients who are struggling with this chronic condition.

Here’s the reality of the chronic human condition we call acne:

1) If you have a family history of acne, it started young, you are oily, and you have had it for years:
Expect to battle it for a long, long time.

Your mission is to completely win the battle. Thats what this program is about. Victory over a very powerful beast.
Here’s what a true victory looks like:

-you are not scared of food
-you are not scared of any activity
-your skin feels great
-your skin looks calm and healthy
-you can touch your skin, others can touch your skin
-you are no longer neurotic or fixated on your skin and have moved on to more interesting passions in life.

2) No amount of wishing, hoping, begging, or negotiating will ever magically fix this stubborn condition for you.

Rather, you’ll need to beat it and keep it good so you don’t create further wear and tear. If avoiding things in life because of your skin, you haven’t yet found a full victory.

3) There is neither a Cure nor Root Cause for any chronic condition of life:
-Chronic conditions of the human body never have a cure. They need to be inactivated and maintained for people to move on and heal physically and emotionally.
-Chronic conditions of the human body do not have a root cause. The root cause is the humanity itself. We are all predisposed to chronic conditions in differing degrees. (more on this topic later)

4) Are you “hoping and waiting” while on Dr. Neal’s Acne Bootcamp™??
yikes.., read this post many times and email as instructed when concerned.

5) And lastly as always, It’s important to know that Time = Scarring.

(watching people hope and wait with treatable conditions is a painful experience…)

Hope this helps people get their head around this thing.

I teach people that true power in life comes from working within the confines of reality.

Although magical thinking is fun and soothing, it creates weakness through frustration, disappointment, anxiety, and Fear.

To attain any goal in this lifetime whether it be acne, fitness, success, relationships, or any dream…,
you will find the most power working creatively from the confines of reality.

Bravely confront the truth and what is real, and you will find the step by step pathway to achieve your goals.

-Dr. Neal

“Troubled Skin”

img_3539_3

If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, you may have picked up some of the new language I use to describe issues of the skin.

Here’s another term I like to use to describe one of the trickiest skin situations that is commonly encountered.

Dr. Neal’s definition of “Troubled Skin”:

acne-prone skin that is oily, sensitive, thickened, prone to flushing, prone to redness and flaking, prone to premature aging, prone to discomfort and often times intolerant to all types of topical preparations. (Although often times seen in post-accutane patients, this situation can occur in any chronically oily patient)

If left inflamed for decades, the uncomfortable sensation and premature aging can dramatically effect a patient’s emotional stability and wellness.

Anxiety is the norm in patients caught in this chronic situation.

Case Presentation:

This highly intelligent and likable guy suffered for 10 years despite the greatest of efforts to get past the beast of troubled skin.

He had tried and failed:

Accutane
Benzamycin
Epiduo
Sulfacetamide
minocycline
Alkaline Diet
multiple other food restrictions
All OTC combinations

When he arrived at The Acne Practice, he was very anxious and complained of acne, oily skin, uncomfortable skin, flushing, and redness.

Watch very closely as the most difficult type of Post-Accutane skin situation can also be completely transformed.

This case, and others like it to come, represent both the stuggle I myself went through for years and what is possible for ALL chronic inflammatory conditions of the human body.

If you listen to my bio, pay close attention to the time in my life where my skin could not even tolerate exposure to water. During this time, my skin was very “troubled” and it took some time to get out of that highly inflamed situation.

Patients who have already taken Accutane often times run into the situation of Troubled Skin because they are unable to remove the ever-present oil due to issues of extreme skin sensitivity. Any product they use to cleanse the skin can turn them bright red and flushed. It’s a very tricky situation to navigate as too little cleansing leaves them an oily mess and too much leaves them flushed, inflamed, and often times incapacitated by facial discomfort.

My hope is that this blog, these videos, and this practice will bring awareness to this real health issue.
(I call it “Troubled Skin”)

For awareness sake, I think its fair to say that most dermatologists, primary care doctors, and skin care experts fumble around with this type of ultra-sensitive, troubled skin. You may be handed a diagnosis of “Rosacea”, “Seborrheic Dermatitis”, or “Eczema”. And then may be handed guesswork from topical anti-inflamatories, metrodnidozole, tetracycline, tar, zinc, selenium, special diets, and the list of guesswork goes on and on.

The real diagnosis in this situation is usually Acne combined with Seborrheic Dermatitis, but this doom and gloom diagnosis will not help anyone whose face turns bright red with the immediate application of any topical preparation.

The new term “Troubled Skin” has a much more clear and optimistic plan as a patient can imagine that what gets troubled, can eventually get Well in time with the proper assistance.

The diagnosis Seb Derm or the common misdiagnosis of “Rosacea” for this situation will only enhance the self-victimization of those who will inevitably focus on the misconceived idea of “no cure”
(we’ll talk more about “no cure” for all chronic conditions in future posts)

I hope this video and blog will create global awareness and optimism for this relentless situation.

-Dr. Neal

Are you Tenacious??

dreamstime-skier

When it comes to getting what you want in this one and only lifetime…,
would you consider yourself Tenacious??

I’m going to spend many hours posting tips to make sure every home version client finds total victory here.

The office version is still experiencing a perfect success rate. This is not a claim, but a proven reality illustrated by the rapid growth of the largest and most extensive acne gallery ever assembled. I’m very proud of this success rate as it is a result of years of preparation and clinical research.

The mission of The Home Version is to perfectly mimic the office version from home. It often times requires a bit of tenacity.

To aid in this mission, we’ll organize these tips in a new blog category called,
“How to be a “Good” Patient”

Back to Tenacity….

Lets start with a basic definition of the word Tenacious:

- persistent in maintaining, adhering to, or seeking something valued or desired.
ex) a tenacious advocate of civil rights, tenacious negotiators

-holding fast; characterized by keeping a firm hold (often fol. by of): a tenacious grip on my arm; tenacious of old habits.

-holding together; cohesive; not easily pulled asunder; tough

When describing those who repeatedly beat life’s greatest challenges, I also like to use the words:

Relentless
Unrelenting
Unyielding
Determined
Focused
Adamant
Die-hard
Ceaseless
Indefatigable
Unending
Unremitting
Fierce

Do these words describe the way you live and chase your dreams?

If so, you are ready for a swift victory here.

If not, I can teach you how to attain this level of power:

Step 1:
Read the Participate in the crossfit section of the blog.
Start with “Dr. Neal’s Ultimate Home Workout for All Levels of Fitness”

Step2:
Find power through this newly created energy.

Step 3:

Then find Tenacity for any challenge in life through your newly found power.

It works like magic if you follow the steps.
(The internal conversation can be key. Think Lance Armstrong or any other amazing athlete for inspiration and focus)

Let me know if this helps you take on your dreams..,

-Dr. Neal

Witnessing Transformation

Watch and listen closely as 7 years of a losing fight comes full circle for this brave woman.
(this video is her gift to the world)

Part 2

One of the many missions of this project is to bring awareness to the subtle suffering that is all around us at work, in the family, and with friends.

More important than the awareness is the vivid proof that all of these chronic ailments are beatable with the proper weapons and focus.

This spotlight case illustrates many of the emotional issues that were posted up here last year.

Specifically:

Control Issues
The Agony of Defeat
Baffled by Prior Failure
Vegetarians with Acne

(see the Emotional Issues Category of the Blog)

When a young intelligent woman has tried all acne medications, eats an amazingly balanced diet, dances all week, and is surrounded by comforting people…, it is truly BAFFLING to her why she would still get acne every single day. When this goes on for 7 years without a vacation, many people begin to crack under the cummulative heartache of the defeat.

Mild persistent cases can ruin lives in subtle ways that onlookers will never understand.

It’s the subtle moodiness, lack of interest, or desire to go back home to bed that chips away at our entire society.

My goal is to both bring awareness to these emotional reactions and then to open doors to the real possibility of transformation.

In this case, note how the emotional issues are amplified by prior failure despite enormous efforts.

(Acne patients are often times the most motivated people around.
Awareness of ongoing struggles despite great efforts will hopefully rise from this video project)

Be well,

-Dr. Neal

Food and Acne: (the biggest controversy since sliced bread…)

dreamstime_2152194

This is likely a long-awaited post.

I will share with you my firm stance on the issue of food and acne as an innovator in the field and a lifetime sufferer.

Let’s review first why there is such a controversy to begin with:

-For several decades, Board Certified Tenured Dermatologists have held an adamant stance that “diet is not related to acne” based on multiple studies that have failed to prove any correlation.

Aside from possibly Milk and Iodine, you will very rarely hear from a dermatologist or Family Practitioner that food and acne are related.

On the other side,

-you will hear from a huge group of acne patients that some foods trigger worse episodes than others. You will also hear from some sufferers that mild or extreme dietary changes lessoned or even stopped their breakouts.

So it seems we have a problem here??

Either the most credentialed skin care specialists on the planet are completely incorrect or patients are completely deluding themselves??

Dermatologists, who mostly have not had decades of active acne are saying “No” and lifetime sufferers are saying “Yes”

FAQ:

“So Dr. Neal, what’s the real story with Diet and Acne??”

Many people have asked me this question and I believe now is a good time to end this confusion once and for all.

As an innovator of this field, I present to you:

Dr. Neal’s Clinically Derived, Non-Theoretical, Firm Stance on Diet and Acne:

Before getting into this very emotional topic, allow me to first preface by saying I always try to eat very well and recommend conscious eating and living to everyone around me.
Today we are going to be talking about the common mistake of living life with “fears of certain foods”

Here’s the situation:
Many people come into my office scared of eating pizza, chocolate, caffeine, salt, citrus, breads, chinese food, gluten, soy, greasy food, french fries, hamburgers, and many more specific foods. When I ask, they tell me that these foods make them breakout worse than when they avoid them.

(should I believe them??)

Since female acne patients can accurately describe worsening of their condition before menstruation, why wouldn’t they be able to accurately describe worsening with other changes in life???
This is one reason i trust the story of my patients who speak of breakouts with specific foods.

The other reason is because I already know that when my own skin is already out of control, dietary changes affect my oiliness and skin activity as well.

Note** the key detail in the above statement is “when already out of control”

To understand chronic conditions on the next level, It’s important to first teach the difference between an “Aggravating Factor” and a “Cause”

This is a very important distinction:

“Aggravating factors” aggravate existing conditions.
“Causes” bring on a afflicton that would not have occurred otherwise.

If an aggravating factor is strong enough, it can bring an asymptomatic person to a state of symptoms. However, these factors are still not considered “causes” when dealing with common chronic conditions of life. All Chronic conditions have no real root cause as they are a part of a spectrum of humanity. We are all predisposed to them at varying levels on the bell curve of predisposition.

(i.e. aggravating factors can only be the straw that breaks the camel’s back in the case of chronic human conditions)

I’ll use an example to illustrate an “Aggravating Factor”:

” Billy usually has no problem eating spicy foods. However, since his stomach has been acting up lately…, he decided to skip on the hot sauce today.”

In this example, the hot sauce is a known aggravating factor that only plays a significant role when there is already an irritation or inflammation present.

The same is true for Acne:

If there are foods in your life that you are avoiding because you know they will worsen your acne, you may be making a wise decision to avoid this loaded aggravating factor. However, here’s the part of the story you have yet to experience….

If you were to “Totally Inactivate” the skin at a much higher level, you would be able to eat any individual food without fear or consequence to your skin.

How am I so sure of this??

Because the majority of patients you see in the videos let me know they were scared of certain foods before entering the program. When completed, I ask them if they are still scared of “greasy foods” for example, and they tell me, “I can eat whatever I want without fear.”

(similar to the upset stomach conversation. When Billy’s stomach feels resilient and strong again, he can eat spicy foods without fear or consequence.)

I’ll bullet point some facts from the office to help summarize the reality here:

–Food can act as an “Aggravating Factor” of any active inflammatory situation including acne.

–Doctors who say Food has absolutely nothing to do with acne most likely have never had 10 years of acne. (they are quoting studies)

–Holistic practitioners and enthusiasts who hype up dietary changes as the “Cure” for acne are hurting many people by creating confusion, false hope, and needless scarring from wasted Time.
(improper focus on aggravating factors alone)

–Eating consciously does affect every system of the body including the skin.
(think aggravation and allieveiation rather than “Cause” and “Cure”)

–In contrast, eating unconsciously can have a cumulative negative effect on the look and behavior of the skin.

–When “Totally Inactivated”, you can eat whatever you want without immediate fear or consequence to your skin.

–If food still “breaks you out”, your skin is not in great control at this moment.

–All cases can be totally inactivated and freed up from fears of living and eating.

–And of course, no case is special. (acne is clearly a self-victimizing condition)

Bottom Line:

**Although foods may aggravate your current skin situation, they are neither the cause nor the cure regarding the chronic human condition of acne.

**Healthy eating is always recommended for countless reasons. (primary being energy, mood, and wellness consciousness)
However, when the skin is “Totally Inactivated”, you can eat any individual food without immediate fear or consequence.

**If you are still scared of foods, your overall chronic condition is not in great control.

hope this helps,
-Dr. Neal

Baffled by Prior Failure??

picture-33

I propose a New Law that requires all Acne companies to post this warning with every advertisement in the same way the drug companies are forced to mention potential side effects in their commercials.

It is the irresponsible smiles of the Acne commercials that leaves people baffled and bewildered by their own failure.  They are irresponsibly making acne seem easy to beat.

To display what I see every week in the office, I will lay out the exact emotional phenomenon as it repeatedly unfolds.

We’ll use “John” as an example…

1)   John views widespread commercials showing happy people with success over a real medical condition.

2)  John buys the product as a “consumer” with the expectation that it will work as it did on the commercial.  His only responsibility in this “consumer” relationship is to pay for it and follow the instructions.

3)  John uses the product exactly as directed.

4)  John uses it patiently, “hoping and waiting” 2-3 months as directed.

5)  3 months later, John is angry that he still has bad acne despite perfect compliance.   John begins to lose trust and hope.

6)  John’s expectation was very high solely based on the commercial, and his experience did not meet his expectation.

(It is our expectations that determine our satisfaction.  In this case, John is very upset and will be slower to trust any company in the future.)

Why did John get so upset??

The exact reason John is upset is because the company who ran the infomercial did not mention that over 60% of people using their product do not get the results seen on the commercial.   And even more upsetting,  John was never told that the people themselves in the commercial were wearing makeup and altering the lighting to make the results seem great.

This upsetting phenomenon is happening every day to millions of people.  I am often left to pick up the emotional pieces in the aftermath when people come to the office or contact me online.

I believe it needs to stop, as the emotional results can be devastating to our whole community.   A society of distrusting, hopeless people who are angry at all big businesses for selling false hope.

In the world of beauty and fashion ads,  people have forgotten Acne has always been, and will always be, a medical condition that often times requires help from an expert practitioner.

To correct this widespread problem, Here is the legistlation I propose:

1) All Acne marketing be treated like prescription drug marketing as these products are also dealing with a medical condition.

-With this new responsibility will come the requirement to use zero makeup and zero camera or lighting alterations.

2)  All Acne companies are to be required to specifically disclaim the variablity in their results.

For example:

”Results may vary. If not improving, please seek other alternatives as time = scarring

When a “Customer”  fails in this new scenario,  It causes much less anxiety to know the failure is more “the norm” than a special, unseen “affliction.”

Bottom Line:

Although always treatable, Acne is not always simple to fix.

There needs to be a higher level of accountability to get this message across while still giving hope to those who need.

Simple Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid regimens have failed millions of people  (i.e. your case is not special)

When responsibly communicated.., those who fail will be less likely to self-victimize themselves as a special, untreatable case.

In a related conversation:

Are you Baffled that your dietary changes did not fix your skin??

picture-36

When dietary strategies are hyped up as a “solution” for acne, maybe there should be some awareness of the warning above…?

In the conversation of “First do not harm”,  I’d like to emphasize the idea that reckless and irresponsible promises often cause real emotional wounds.

Proper Accountability and Responsibility is the key to prevent future needless suffering and self-victimization.

Acne commercials need to be held accountable for the emotional problems they have helped create,

-Dr. Neal

The Acne Practice in 2010…

Hey Everyone,

It’s me Dr. Neal…

Things around the office have been crazy and I wanted to take a moment in the new year to say hello and let you know that I am here for those who still need.

I will always be available for the group who has slipped through the cracks of both the Western and Eastern medical systems.

After decades of passionate adventures and inspirations, my life’s work as a physician, a personal sufferer, and an inventor has revealed itself in its full potential.

It’s exciting, but more importantly, it’s what needed to be done.

Too many people have needlessly suffered, wasted years, victimized themselves, arrested their development, repressed their dreams, and created negative energy because of this chronic ailment.

I think we all have seen enough, and felt enough.  We have learned our lessons of compassion and humanity through personal suffering and it is now time to find comfort and peace in the moment once again.

It is time to truly feel comfortable in our skin at a level that allows us to fully express our individual personalities without inhibition or distraction.  The time has come.   It’s very exciting,  and very overdue.

As this mission advances onward,  further innovations will be used to give a larger group of people the same personal support that has created this magical gallery.

Here’s what’s coming in 2010:

1) Audio-Video Capabilities:

web-cam-image

After speaking with many medical ethics professionals,  it appears that it will indeed be possible to fully disclaim and expand the virtual “client” relationships using audio and video conferencing.  This possibility could help give someone from across the country or across the world the needed trust and details in this new program.

2)  Elaborate Innovations in the Email System:

picture-12picture-12_2

People always ask me,  ”How are you going to keep up with all the emails?”

and my answer is always,  ”I’m not sure yet,  but I do know that this practice will keep inventing ways to handle the traffic. This ongoing brainstorm is one of our top priorities.”

We have already added the first innovation to the email system and be ready for more elaborate inventions in the future that will allow thousands of emails to be handled with perfect precision.

3)  Lifestyle Modification Videos and Resource Expansion:

57435971

As you go through the blog,  you will notice that I have a passion for helping people fix up their anxiety, depression, lack of energy, and lack of enthusiasm for life.  This lifestyle section of the blog is going to expand in 2010 with more personal wellness videos geared to move people into action with specific plans that have worked dramatically for my patients in the office.  I will be teaching more basic fitness, advanced fitness, fitness tricks during work, music therapy, artistic expressions as a treatment for the mind, efficient home tricks to bring down stress,  and many more detailed techniques of living and feeling well.  As an inventor, you can expect these tricks and techniques to be both original and efficient in ways that bring real results.

4) More Video Testimonials:

picture-13

You guys will let me know when everyone gets the reality that this is a treatable condition with no exceptions or special cases. Until that time, you know there will be more videos coming.  As always,  a special thanks goes out to the brave souls who have shared their stories.   You have saved many people from the same chronic suffering.

Talk to you soon,

-Dr. Neal

“Self-Victimization” (part II)

FAQ:      ”Hi Dr. Neal,  my acne is not as severe as some of your bigger cases.  Do you think “non-inflamed” acne is also treatable??”

Answer: Every Case of Acne is both treatable and preventable.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

There are several missions involved in this groundbreaking video project.

Here are the clear, unwavering points being proven by the expanding gallery every month:

1) All Severe cases are treatable despite prior failure

2) All mild and moderate cases are treatable despite prior failure

3) Like many treatable chronic situations, Acne is a self-victimizing condition  (click the link to learn more–”part I”)

4) Acne comes with many emotional problems that were originally caused by acne itself,  but then manifest as their own entity until directly healed.

5) Hormonal Acne, Adult acne, Genetic Acne, Post-Accutane Acne, and Special acne are all special terms for “plain old acne”  that can only lead to self-victimization.

6) Blackheads, “non-inflamed” bumps,  congested pores, pimples of all types, and cysts are all part of the same chronic condition of acne.  (many manifestations of the same condition)

7) By labeling your case of acne by the old terms,  ”cystic acne”,  ”non-inflamed acne”, blackheads, moderate, severe, mild, comedonal….,  you are creating a special condition from a typical situation.  This mistake creates a pathway to the emotional phenomenon of  “Self-Victimization”

*8)  Self-Victimization is the reason people needlessly suffer from treatable conditions for a lifetime.  It’s difficult to witness people constantly making this emotional mistake.

Watching people continue to make this emotional mistake is the fuel that keeps me writing and video taping.  If I put up big cases,  the mild cased people self-victimize themselves. If I put up women,  the men think their case is special. When I put up darker skin, the light skin people become victims.  If we celebrate stopping the oil,  the dry cases become “special”

I am witnessing this self-victimization every single day and it’s relentless.  I will endlessly fight this emotional decision with thousands of videos until popular thought overwhelms this mistake.

If you have already witnessed this type of behavior in your family members or friends,  let them know of this classic emotional mistake.   Needless suffering hurts us all.

Until this emotional concept and mistake becomes common knowledge in our society, there will always be people who mistakenly think their case is “special”

(this is universal to all treatable lifetime ailments,  not just treatable skin problems)

Fortunately for this particular emotional crusade,  there are videos already in the extended gallery of almost every situation.  Cystic, non-inflamed, light, dark, mild, moderate, severe, hormonal, genetic, adult, teen, seb derm, dry, oily, sensitive, women, men, post-accutane….

Those who have victimized themselves only need to watch them to see what is possible.

For today’s offering, specifically for those who are suffering from “non-inflamed” acne,

here’s some videos plucked out of the collection to help you see what is possible for any situation…
