I’ve had a few questions about the videos and thought I’d clear the air in case anyone felt anything but positively moved from the video gallery.

For the record:

There are no lighting alterations, makeup tricks, or photographic alterations of any type whatsoever going on this practice.  This video gallery is an untouched representation of patient’s experiences using our original program.

**Any question of the authenticity of these acne testimonials should prompt closer viewing on a high resolution screen.  Once viewed many times in high resolution, it will become obvious that this is the real thing.

      We are currently shipping to any country the USPS will take a tracked shipment to.  Depending on the country, the costs have ranged from $22-27 USD.  We don’t increase the actual shipping cost or add any handling charges.  When ordering, the shopping cart will add $5 dollars automatically and we will then invoice the remainder depending on the shipping address.  

      It usually takes 10 days for international shipping.  Very rarely, local customs will get in the way of a shipment both delaying the order and rarely adding local costs for customs holding.  This occurance has been very rare and random.  98% of international packages make to through without be held.

The moderate kit is good for most body acne unless you are very oily despite other products.  If so, the moderate/severe kit is more suited for you.

If starting for body acne problems, make sure to email Dr. Neal and learn how to make the refined products last longer on large areas of the body. 

       If your doctor has you on oral antibiotics or hormonal therapy and you are not having side effects, I usually recommend that people stay on their medication until we have total control of the skin. Once your confidence elevates to a place it has never been prior, I’ll teach you how to safely wean off your pills.  If done properly, there will be zero rebound breakout from the withdrawal of medications.

This program is relatively costly for two real reasons:

#1     There is more involved in making these products.  You don’t get great strength with minimal irritation from just mixing a couple of active ingredients together.  Using real clinical testing, we have formulated a complex line of products that have multiple bacteria fighting, oil absorbing, and gentle exfoliating elements.  These products have been proven through real clinical use to be tolerated by the most sensitive types of skin.  Patients tell me everyday that these products “feel and work” better than anything they have tried prior.

#2     The second reason is because acne is so unbelievably difficult.  With all the trial and error nonsense that goes on in this field, there needs to be a true, definitive practice available for those who are not succeeding elsewhere.  I make myself available online to all who decide to trust my expertise.  I would rather bring victory to thousands than blindly sell to millions.  This program comes with my personal availability and support.  There is no need for anxiety or concern  when you have an proven expert only a click away.

       The main advantage of the “Long Distance Program” is support on the phone and the power of establishing a real patient/practitioner relationship in the office.  This power is especially important when dealing with a chronic condition that is emotionally charged.

      The Home version uses email support from Dr. Neal himself to get people through this difficult struggle.  Those who can take focused close-up photos and have the ability to ask for help will always succeed here.

     The Starter Kits last 5-7 weeks and refills are reasonably priced at 25-35 dollars per product.  Once a patient is completely clear, I tell them in the office that they will likely need some type of continued prevention with either some or all of the products.  Surprisingly, some patients will completely extinguish their acne and no longer need any special products at all after they complete this program.  It depends how stubborn the case is.

      You can imagine that a practice that specializes in acne has also seen it’s share of people with sensitive skin.  Acne patients in general have a higher rate of sensitive skin and this concern has always been integral in the creation of our original line of products.  Having already figured out sensitive skin issues, this practice can help anyone out of the frustrating trap of acne with ultra-sensitive skin.  All allergies have been seen before and can be dealt with using various online recommendations from Dr. Neal himself.  

If you are Allergic to many Acne medications, do not prematurely give up hope.  All cases of Acne can be worked out.   

     It takes 24-48 hours to see your first improvement in this program.  If 48 hours has passed and you haven’t seen your first improvement, you are expected to email Dr. Neal and tell him what is going on with your particular situation.  You can get the most accurate advice by sending focused close up photos of your skin.
