Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-212-869-1303 and we will be happy to assist you. 

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - NY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase*, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at Ask Dr. Neal.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing payment information
Cannot ship to address provided
Duplicate order was placed
Cancelled due to a customer request 

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping Charges (U.S. Orders including PO Box, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories)

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

Shipping and Handling

We charge a $5 flat shipping fee for any order in the USA. All domestic shipments are sent as priority mail and are tracked.  Domestic shipments average 2-4 days to arrive. 

International shipping costs 30 dollars and local customs fees may or may not be applied at the destination country (we have no control of other country's customs policies.)  International shipping is sent express international mail, tracked, and usually takes 4-10 business days. 

Shipments to APO / FPO

We currently ship to the following APO / FPO locations:

• AP - Armed Forces Pacific 

We currently ship to the following U.S. Territories:

Shipments to International Addresses

Return Policy

Given our successful history and knowing the nature of many prior Acne sufferer's impatience and misunderstandings of skin sensitivities and "allergies", We do not offer returns for any of our acne products. Rather, if there are any problems, Ask Dr. Neal why the product or products did not meet your expectations. He will personally give you the needed advice to fine tune the products to meet your specific needs.
