hey everyone,

I’d like to take a moment of gratitude and celebrate another year of this project. Many new members shared their stories this year and added to a movement that is giving real hope to those who are still in need. I’m thankful that there are so many people willing and eager to contribute and I truly believe the extended gallery will soon overcome all pessimism and hopelessness regarding this emotional condition.


As many of you already know, I’ve been feverishly answering emails every weekday for the last 12 months and want to get everyone prepared for any real breaks I may take from email or shipping. This holiday season, my amazing staff and I will be taking off from December 26th – January 2. I’ll be back January 3rd with a huge stack of emails and orders that will be taken care of at full speed.


If you need refills anytime in the next few weeks, it may be wise to get them before the 24th. For those who are emailing every single day, continue to do so even if the response is delayed and add focused photos if becoming more concerned from the 26th through the 2nd. I’ll still find time to glance at the email queue and photos to see if anyone is really falling apart during this time period.


For those just starting the program next week, I’ll keep a close eye on your first few emails to make sure you are heading in the right direction from the start.
